A-Grade Electrician - Leading Hand

Day shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm

The Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of critical electrical infrastructure, delivering switchboards, modular buildings and power distribution solutions for major projects across the defence, mining, renewable energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
They are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
The position requirements include but are not limited to:
Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership to a team of electricians.
Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure production deadlines are achieved.
Complete hands-on electrical installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of switchboards and transportable switchrooms.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and ensure work is completed to specification.
Support apprentices and team members through mentoring and technical guidance.
Maintain high standards of safety,



quality and housekeeping.
Liaise with supervisors and production teams to ensure projects run efficiently.
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential).
Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or Senior Electrician role.
Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing or switchboard environments.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Hours & Rates
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Potential earnings: $***** per hour + super (plus overtime available).
