Your New Role
We are expanding, our services are in high demand.
This is an exciting and dynamic position where you'll be at the heart of meaningful change across Victoria.
You will:
Coordinate and deliver Kids First's full suite of trauma-informed training packages to services across Victoria
Provide Professional Consultation and Coaching to Teachers and Educators working in the field
Support the growth and development of the service by actively promoting the program across a variety of sector networks
This is your chance to shape the way professionals understand and respond to trauma — creating ripple effects that ultimately improve outcomes for children and families.
About You
You're an experienced, passionate professional who brings both expertise and heart to everything you do.
To thrive in this role,



you'll have:
Proven experience in providing high-quality education, coaching, consultations, and training programs with a strong focus on trauma-informed models and practice across Child and Family Services or Early Learning sectors
Demonstrated experience in designing training packages that reflect best practice while meeting the evolving needs of the market
Demonstrated knowledge of best practice models and theories relating to children, families, trauma, violence, or abuse
