The Role:As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our GPs to deliver comprehensive primary care services.
This is a diverse role covering everything from acute triage to chronic disease management.
Four to five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care:Wound management, immunisations, ECGs, spirometry, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.
Chronic Disease Management:Developing and maintaining GP Management Plans (GPMPs) and Team Care Arrangements (TCAs).
Triage:Assessing acute presentations and managing the flow of the treatment room.
Cold Chain Management:Ensuring the integrity of our vaccine fridge and stock.
Health Promotion:Conducting health assessments for our aging population .




About You:
CurrentAHPRA Registration(RN ).
General Practice experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency inBest Practice (BP)software is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of theMedicare Benefits Schedule (MBS)related to nursing items.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient rapport and teamwork.
A proactive attitude toward clinical governance and accreditation standards.
