Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-endpaid social strategy, activation & optimisation
Drive performance acrossMeta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest.Smartly knowledge will be advantageous.
Drivecreative testing, influencer integrations & platform innovation
Collaborate with global teams (AU + UK) to deliver seamless execution
Support cross-channel thinking across search & performance
Mentor junior team members and uplift social capability
A Bit About You:
Established experience inpaid social / performance media




Strong hands-on experience acrossMeta + other key social platforms
Exposure toeCommerce / retail environmentspreferred
Confident inoptimisation, testing & performance storytelling
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working acrosstime zones
Experience withSmartlyor similar tools a bonus
