You'll lead a small technical team, mentor apprentices and stay hands-on while preparing to move into a Service Manager role over time.
You'll work on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, supermarket cold rooms, and marine systems across North Queensland, with a solid focus on quality service, customer care and staff development.
