We are interviewingSpeech Pathologistswith a passion for supporting older adults and people living with disabilities to join our small and highly experienced Speech team in the Hunter!

We are thelargest community allied health teamin the region with over 150 OTs, Physios, Dietitians, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, Allied Health Assistants & Healthcare Administrators providing care for adults and people living with disabilities across the Hunter New England and Central Coast Local Health Districts.

Responsibilities (HOW we build healthier communities)
Passionate about working with older adults and people living with disabilities
Partaking in regular team meetings and collaborating with other Speech Pathologists and Dietitians
Provision of evidence-based interventions in different community settings
Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
Strong organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work closely with a large multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, Dietitians, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists and Allied Health Assistants

This allows referrals to be allocated depending on your scope of practice!
We support you to develop new areas of practice and further increase your skills in your main clinical area of interest.
