As Data & Systems Officer, you'll keep Kanda's Folio-based quality management system running accurately, efficiently and audit-ready.

What you'll be doing
Administering the Folio system — workflow, user access, registers and configuration — across the Quality & Systems Branch
Maintaining document control and version registers within the quality management system
Preparing and maintaining audit evidence packs and supporting documentation for internal and external audits
Producing monthly dashboards and trend reports for the Quality & Systems Manager, including identifying data quality issues
Monitoring data integrity within Folio and escalating discrepancies for correction
Providing system training and troubleshooting support to Quality Officers and other Folio users
You're the right person if...
You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Management, Business or a related field
You have solid data management skills and experience configuring quality/incident management systems — Folio highly regarded




You have a sharp eye for detail and take data integrity seriously
You produce clear, useful dashboards and reports that managers can actually act on
You support internal system users with patience and a genuine customer service mindset
You hold a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or are willing to obtain
Experience in a quality, compliance or health and community services environment is a bonus
