Lineage is seeking a Customer Care Representative at our Lyndhurst facility in Dandenong South, Melbourne.
You will be the first contact for customers, resolving inquiries and coordinating with operations, transport and logistics to meet commitments.
You will build trusted relationships, ensure accurate data entry in WMS/TMS and internal systems, and contribute to KPI reporting and process improvements while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
