The Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality learning experiences and supporting your team to deliver engaging, play-based programs.
You will:
Lead and support curriculum planning aligned with the EYLF
Guide and mentor educators within your room
Build strong,



genuine relationships with children and families
Support documentation and reflective practice
Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

You are a passionate and confident educator who:
Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved)
Has a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
