Award winning Nu Nu Restaurant, located in Palm Cove, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.
This long-term, full time role will require you to work afternoons and evenings overseeing the restaurant bar and assisting in the busy front of house operation as required.
We are seeking a team player with extensive bar tending experience including;
Excellent cocktail making skills gained from working in a busy restaurant or bar
Barista skills
Wine knowledge
Stock control and ordering
Able to work evening shifts and weekends
A la carte service skills
Carrying 3 plates
Greeting guests
Sharing knowledge of food and wine
Use a POS system
Handling money
Be a team player
Keep a clean and tidy work area
Hold a current nationally recognised RSA
This is a very rapid paced position and the successful applicant must be highly organised and able to multi task.
Due to operating hours your own transport is necessary.
