About the Role
As theBusiness Development Manager, you will:
Drive commercial growththrough strategic territory development
Expand the customer baseand increase portfolio share
Conductface‐to‐face sales calls, product demonstrations and customer training
Represent the company atindustry events,



workshops and conferences
Providemarket insightsand competitor intelligence to support strategic planning
Manage alarge geographical territoryefficiently across QLD and WA
What We're Looking For
Minimum2 years' infield sales experiencewithin the aesthetic industry —ESSENTIAL
Strong knowledge of thepharmaceutical or aesthetic device market
Exceptionalrelationship‐buildingandnegotiation skills
Ability to communicatescientific dataconfidently and persuasively
Proficiency inMicrosoft OfficeandCRM systems
Tertiary qualifications inbusiness, science, healthor related fields (preferred)
