Job Description–
Oversee all daily operations including Guest Services, housekeeping, maintenance and administration with a hands-on approach.
Ensure executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures
Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
monitor the motels budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
Ensure the safety and security of guest and staff
No food and beverage
