We've been part of the local community for decades, and our Customer Experience Centre (CEC) is where most of our customer relationships begin.
It's a team environment where people tend to stay — several of our current consultants have been with us for many years and have moved into senior roles across the group.
The Role
As a CEC Service Booking Consultant, you'll be the first voice many of our customers hear.
You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to online booking requests, and coordinate service appointments across our dealership network.
The work is varied — no two calls are the same — and you'll be supported by an experienced team leader and a well-established booking system.
This is a genuinely hybrid role.
Once you're through onboarding, you can work from home, from the office, or mix the two to suit your week.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls and online enquiries from customers wanting to book vehicle servicing
- Making outbound calls to schedule routine service reminders and follow-ups
- Booking appointments accurately into our dealer management system and confirming details with customers
- Answering general service-related questions and directing more complex queries to the right dealership contact
- Keeping customer records up to date and noting relevant details for the service team
- Working with dealership service managers to balance bookings across locations
What we're looking for (must-haves)
- Strong customer service experience,
ideally in a phone-based or contact centre role
- Clear, confident communication — comfortable leading a conversation and asking the right questions
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accurate typing (around 40 wpm is a useful benchmark)
- Reliable home internet and a suitable quiet workspace for the work-from-home component
- Right to work in Australia
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a dealership workplace
- Experience with a dealer management system (DMS) or CRM platform
- Prior contact centre or appointment-booking experience

Reporting line
This role reports to the General Manager - Customer Experience and sits within our centralised CEC team supporting dealerships across the group.
