The 2 Roles

We're looking for a
Padel Coach
and or
Pickleball Coach
to lead, inspire, and grow our Padel program from the ground up.

This isn't just about coaching, it's about creating energy on court, building connection, and shaping unforgettable experiences for every player who walks through our doors.

You'll be the heartbeat of padel at Play Nation. The leader player's trust. The coach they come back for.

What You'll Do

Lead and deliver high-quality Padel coaching for all levels - from first-timers to competitive players

Design and run engaging group programs, clinics, and private lessons

Coordinate school sports programs for primary and high school students

Build a strong player pathway - junior development through to advanced play

Create a vibrant, social on-court atmosphere that reflects the Play Nation spirit

Mentor and develop assistant coaches and casual coaching staff

Work alongside the team to deliver events, competitions, and social play formats

Help grow participation, retention, and community engagement

Be a visible and approachable leader within the club

Support the maintenance of the courts, including cleaning and safety checks

Who You Are





A passionate Padel coach (or transferable racket sport coach) who lives and breathes the game

Energetic, engaging, and naturally connects with people of all ages and abilities

A leader who builds culture, not just programs

Someone who believes sport is about more than winning - it's about experience, connection, and joy

Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership

Committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive setting

What You Bring

Coaching experience in Padel or similar racket sports

Strong communication and people skills

Experience running group sessions, clinics, or programs

Ability to develop players at all levels

A team-first mindset with a drive to grow something special

Qualifications & Requirements

Accredited Padel or Pickleball coaching qualification
(or equivalent tennis/racquet sport certification)

Current First Aid & CPR

Current Working with Children Check
(or willingness to obtain)

Availability to work days, evenings and weekend shift
