About the Role
As Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
You will:
Lead the daily operation of your room
Inspire and mentor educators within your team
Design and implement meaningful learning experiences
Build strong partnerships with families and community members
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
Foster an inclusive and culturally responsive environment




Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

Holds an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
Has experience leading a team or is ready to step into leadership
