Our ISS Health Team is growing, and we are currently seekingFull timeHospital CleanersatSt George Hospital, Kogarah.
We are looking for individuals who are able to work across weekdaysMonday to Friday, with shifts between 6am and 2pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning duties
Decontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staff
Identifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safety
Provide cleaning services in both patient and non-patient areas, adhering to infection control procedures, conducting waste removal, and undertaking infectious cleaning in designated areas

About you:




Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver solid customer service
Ability to work Monday to Friday
Police Clearance, or ability to obtain, isessential
Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain, isessential
Evidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diphtheria, Hep B, Polio or willingness to obtain, as per SA Health Worker policy isessential
