HCA Youth & Community is seeking a Casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care, providing a safe and supportive workplace across residential care, community access, outreach and family contact services.
You'll deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care, build trust, assist with daily living, schooling, appointments and activities, and work with multidisciplinary teams to implement individual support plans.
