ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER-IMMEDIATE START
Established Food Manufacturing Business | Stable & Long-Term Opportunity | Supportive Team
Mon–Fri | ***** hrs per week with the chance to progress toFull Timeas you become established with in the business.

We are an established and growing Australian food manufacturing business seeking an experienced and highly organisedAccounts Receivable Officerto join our office team.
This is an important hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, has strong attention to detail and is confident communicating with customers regarding accounts and payments.
You will be joining a friendly, close-knit team in a busy working environment where reliability, accuracy and a positive attitude are genuinely valued.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing accounts receivable and customer accounts
Allocating and reconciling customer payments
Following up overdue accounts and outstanding invoices
Credit control and maintaining agreed customer payment terms
Preparing and issuing customer statements
Responding to customer account and invoice enquiries
Investigating payment discrepancies and outstanding balances
Processing credit notes and account adjustments where required
Maintaining accurate customer account records
Assisting with new customer account and credit applications
Liaising with customers, management and other departments to resolve account queries
General accounts and administrative duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who isreliable, organised and confident, with a professional but personable approach to dealing with customers.
Ideally, you will have:




Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or a similar accounts position
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Confidence following up outstanding accounts and payments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to prioritise and work independently in a busy environment
Experience withQuickBooks Onlinewould be highly regarded
A practical, proactive approach and willingness to assist the wider team when required
