About The Role
We're now seeking a driven, people-focused and customer service drivenTeam Leader in our Moonee Ponds Showroom.
Working alongside the Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every bride who walks through our doors.
Leading by example on the showroom floor, you'll support and inspire the team to deliver warm, personalised and elevated service, while ensuring every bride feels confident, celebrated and cared for throughout her appointment.
You'll also help keep the showroom running smoothly by supporting appointment flow, team coordination, stock organisation and gown presentation, while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment and contributing to overall showroom performance.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role
Highly organised with robust operational and administrative capability
Confident and professional communicator with exceptional people skills




Naturally supportive leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Passionate about delivering elevated customer experiences and maintaining premium service standards
Adaptable, reliable, and confident navigating systems and operational processes
Must have availability to work Sunday-Thursday roster
