About the Role
This is a hands-on, full-time factory-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and is looking for stability and career progression in the manufacturing or building industry.
You will be responsible for:




Cutting timber using automated saws and machinery
Using power and Pneumatic tools
Assembling frames and trusses from detailed plans
Reading production sheets and layouts
Following quality assurance and safety procedures
Assisting with general factory duties as required
What We're Looking For
We're after a motivated, reliable team player who takes pride in their work.
To be successful, you will have:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Valuable physical fitness – able to perform manual tasks
Basic experience using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Punctuality and a positive attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in frame and truss, carpentry, or timber assembly
Forklift licence
Previous work in manufacturing or construction
