We are currently seeking an extraordinary individual to undertake the role of Internal Sales /Customer Service Officer.
About the Role :
The Internal Sales role is accountable forsupportingsales performance through accurate order processing, responsive customer service, andeffective coordinationbetween customers, sales and warehouse operations.
The role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that sales activity isexecuted efficiently and accurately.
This includes maintaining strong, friendly and professional communication with customers,



supporting external sales team members, and ensuring that internal systems and processes are followed.
The Internal Sales role plays akey partin ensuring that sales opportunities are converted into accurate and completed orders, with customer requirements captured clearly and no orders missed.
The role supportscustomer satisfaction, repeat business and overall revenue performance.
About you:
You must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
Customer Service orientated with positive outcomes
Ability to work in a team
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy at all times
Able to work under pressure
Initiative
Experience in the Timer Industry preferred but not essential
Success in the role is defined by the ability to consistently deliver accurate, timely, friendly and professional service, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales processes run smoothly.
