About The Role
Our customer service team is highly valued and critical for our continued success.
The role is diverse and will see you working with a large and varied product range.
Key accountabilities
Engage face-to-face with customers in a Showroom setting taking them on a journey of exploration to provide the best packaging solution to fit their needs
Respond to telephone sales enquiries
Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and timely follow-up to meet specified delivery dates




Price and quote customers within agreed parameters
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Field current enquiries and provide support to the external sales team
About You
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:
A passion for sales and customer service
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy - SAP or equivalent, although not essential, would be advantageous
A collaborative approach and a team contributor
Maturity and a proactive nature
High attention to detail and accuracy
