Customer Service, Machinery Operation, Landscape Yard
Bedrock Landscape Supplies Townsvilleis looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Customer Service Team Member to join our team.
This is not a desk-only customer service role.You will work directly with customers, process sales and orders, and spend plenty of time outside operating machinery and helping keep our busy landscape yard running smoothly.
If you enjoy dealing with people, are comfortable around trucks and machinery, and like a role where every day is a little different, this could be a great fit.
About the Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
· Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service
· Serving customers and helping them choose the right landscape products for their needs
· Operating a front-end loader and forklift to load trucks and customer vehicles
· Processing customer sales, orders and payments accurately
· Answering phone enquiries and assisting with product availability and general enquiries
· Keeping the shop, yard and work areas clean, safe and organised
· Working safely around trucks, machinery, customers and other team members
· Carrying out other general duties as required to support the day-to-day operation of the business
About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
· Is confident,



friendly and comfortable dealing with customers
· Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in doing the job properly
· Enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable in a hands-on environment
· Can work safely and confidently around trucks and machinery
· Can work independently and use initiative when required
· Is willing to learn and happy to take on a variety of duties
Loader and/or forklift licence would be highly regarded.
The Roster
This position works a6 days on / 3 days off rotating roster.
One of the real advantages of this roster is the regular 3-day break, giving you more time away from work while still having a consistent and predictable roster.
