The Role
You'll initially join us in anAdministration & Customer Servicerole, where you'll receive full training in:
Customer service and client enquiries
Ticket and job management
Administration and data entry
Coordinating service requests and repairs
Communicating with customers and internal teams
As you gain experience and demonstrate your skills, there will be opportunities to progress intoTechnical Support and Repairroles.
Career Progression

For the right person, this role can provide a pathway fromAdministration & Customer Service → Technical Support → Technician → Engineer.
Once you achieve Technician status, further training and development may be available, including manufacturer certifications with major industry brands.
As our business continues to grow, high-performing team members will also have opportunities to progress intoSenior, Supervisory and Managementpositions.
