About the Role
This entry level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting the coordination of freight movements between Tasmania and mainland Australia, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Process freight bookings and customer orders accurately
Prepare and manage shipping documentation
Coordinate with internal operations teams to support freight movements




Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Monitor shipment progress and assist with issue resolution
Maintain accurate data in internal systems
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
About You
Recent graduate in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
