The Role
We're on the hunt for a legend, qualifiedplumberwho knows their stuff when it comes toMaintenance Plumbing for Property Managersand who really cares about doing a good job.
We work in real homes, with real families, pets, kids, the lot.
We alsokeep the majority of our work local on the Gold Coast, so you're not spending hours driving.
That means you can actually:
Sneak in amorning surf
Hit thegym
Do a day care /school drop-off
Or just start the day without stress
No new builds.
No chaos for chaos' sake.
What You'll Be Doing
General maintenance plumbing
Leaks, blocked drains & fault finding
Working in occupied homes (real people, real lives)
Communicating with Property Managers
Using ServiceM8 for invoicing, job notes & photos
What We're Looking For




Minimum 2 years' experiencein maintenance plumbing (real estate experience a big plus)
Fully qualified & licensed plumber (QLD).
Extra Bonus points for Gas.
Confident, capable and takes pride in workmanship
Positive attitude (no Debbie Downers)
Takes ownership of jobs, paperwork and problem-solving
Team player happy to be on an after-hours/weekend call-out roster
Open driver's licence
Bonus points if you handle a light roast ?
