We've grown enormously since December ****, and we're looking for a Clinic Manager to lead our Adelaide nursing team — running the clinic, growing the people in it, and staying hands-on clinically yourself.

What you'll be doing
Driving clinic performance — sales and positive client reviews are critical drivers of clinic performance.
Mentoring, onboarding and training your Registered Nurses and junior staff.
Holding the team to clinical and service standards, with real-time feedback and performance conversations.
Consulting and treating patients yourself — assessment,



treatment planning and safe delivery.
Who we're looking for
Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
Solid post-registration RN experience, with leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).
Strong communication skills.
Blood-taking / phlebotomy experience.
Confident running consultations with patients.
Organised and calm under pressure — you can give feedback kindly and still hold a standard.
A team player with honesty, integrity and a warm, friendly nature.
