This prospect offers:

Full time role & 35 hour working week (part time hours considered)
Level: Senior Psychologist
Attractive annual salary $126,445 - $137,345 p.a. plus 12% superannuation
Location: Based in Albury, however flexible work arrangements may be considered for applicants who can work from another location within the RFS South Western Area Command.
Annual AHPRA registration fee covered by the NSW RFS
Monthly clinical supervision provided/reimbursed by the NSW RFS

What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a fully registered Psychologist who is authorised, or eligible for authorisation, as a Board-approved Supervisor.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced clinician with strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills, and a commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of others.
In this role, you will provide clinical consultation, psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for members experiencing a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and workplace stress.
You will also deliver high-quality mental health education and training, equipping individuals and teams with practical strategies to enhance psychological wellbeing and resilience.




The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build trusted relationships, and a collaborative approach to delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care.
Experience working with workplace mental health and/or supporting individuals in high-pressure environments will be highly regarded.
