We are a busy, family-owned stonemasonry business looking for aLabourer / Installerto join our team on a full-time basis.
The role involves assisting with theinstallation of stone benchtops onsiteat residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their workmanship, and understands the importance of providingexcellent customer service throughout project delivery.
About the Role
Installing and handling stone benchtops onsite
Assisting with lifting, carrying and positioning stone
Preparing work areas and assisting with installations
Using basic hand and power tools
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
Travelling to various job sites
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Communicating professionally with customers and other trades onsite
Providingexcellent customer service throughout the project delivery process
Representing the business in a professional and courteous manner
Ensuring customers are kept informed and are satisfied with the installation
About You
We are looking for someone who:




Isphysically fitand capable of handling heavy stone products
Has acurrent Australian driver's licence
Holds aWhite Card
Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
Has a friendly and professional attitude
Understands the importance of deliveringexcellent customer service
Is comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands-on environment
Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Can work well independently and as part of a team
Has a willingness to learn and develop their skills
Previous experience in stonemasonry, construction, benchtop installation or a similar trade environment is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
