We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to manage two 5-7 day a week high volume cafes/takeaways in UQ St Lucia, both running with 5-6 staff members per shift, where uniformity and consistency is a must.
We are looking for someone who can lead two teams efficiently in a direct, organised and fair manner.
The ideal candidate must also have valuable Barista skills, food handling experience and excellent customer service skills.
The hours are predominately Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm day time hours but we will need you to step up for some afternoon shifts and weekends, if and when required.
Duties include:
Managing a team
Staff Training
Cafe Roster
Ordering Stock
Stock rotation
Preparing Food
Making Coffee
Catering
POS
Banking
Follow strict food safety practices and complete relevant documentations.
You will need to be able to implement these systems without guidance on a daily basis and lead by example.
