About You

Key Qualifications & Skills
Current AHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse (Essential).
Valid Australian Working Rightsand currently located onshore (Essential).
Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and strong resident advocacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure a premium resident experience and seamless teamwork.
Proven track record of clinical leadership, with the ability to coordinate care, make sound decisions independently, and provide clear direction to the team.
