About the role:As a Trainee Educator, you will learn from experienced educators while developing the knowledge and skills required to build a successful career in early childhood education.You will:
Work towards yourCertificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Gain practical experience working with children aged 0-5
Build positive and nurturing relationships with children
Assist with the implementation of educational programs under the guidance of experienced educators
Support play-based learning and children's development
Assist with maintaining a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
Develop your understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework
Work collaboratively with educators, families and the wider centre team
Participate in training,



professional development and mentoring
Learn about child safety, health, wellbeing and early childhood regulations
Complete your study requirements within the expected timeframe
