As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Field Services Representative for the Brisbane North territory to join our team and continue the growth of our Queensland business.
About the Role:
As the Field Services Representative for our Brisbane North territory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and seamless management of plant and equipment hire , contract haulage, and material supply and disposal solutions for our clients.
Working closely with contractors, clients, and our internal teams, you will oversee operations in the field, ensuring services meet client expectations and compliance requirements.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the plant hire, civil construction, or transport industry who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a high level of customer service that focusesheavily on both the client and the contractor's needs and requirements.
Quoting material import/export and plant hire tenders for projects in your territory.
Coordinating and executing daily client orders and managing delivery of project logistics.
Maintaining strong working relationships with clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service.
Lead generation and cold calling to secure new clients and projects in the territory.
Daily, weekly,



and monthly job planning & reporting.
Co-ordinating with other team members to ensure that goals are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Skills and experience
Experience:A proven track record in a similar role within the plant hire, construction, or civil infrastructure industry.
Sales and customer account management experience required.
Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of plant and equipment hire processes and contractor management.
Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving:A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in office.
Organisation:Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Compliance Knowledge:Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance standards within the industry.
Technical Skills:Competency in using technology and systems for reporting and communication purposes.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in plant hire, construction, or a similar field.
Construction induction card (White Card).
Additional training or certifications in equipment operation or safety (desirable).
