What you will do
As Records Coordinator, you will support accurate and lawful prisoner records services.
You will work on-site in a small team and help staff and people in our care.
You will:
keepaccuraterecords and follow legal and department requirements
process warrants and orders forrelease, transfer and court attendance
providetimelyadvice about prisoner records to staff, people in our care and clients
help review procedures and supportcontinuous improvementacross client services
solve service problems and help the team meetprioritywork
About you
No formal qualification is listed as mandatory for this role.
You should have strong computer skills and be confident using Microsoft Office applications.
You should also have:
strong digital skillsand the ability to create tools that improve work and data accuracy
clear communicationskills and the ability to adjust your approach for different people
asupportive and inclusiveapproach when working with others and helping people through difficult situations
critical thinkingskills to solve problems and find ways to improve services
