About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Geelong.
This is a permanent, part-time position ****** hours per week) with flexibility.
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations/Finance, your key responsibilities will include assisting with:
All financial aspects of the various businesses including debtors, creditors, financial reporting and administration.
Daily Bank Reconciliations.
IAS & BAS
Payroll, PAYG, Superannuation, Workcover & Payroll Tax
Financial Reporting
General Office Administration
About You
You are an individual who takes pride in their work, and is
experienced in the financial aspects of a small to medium sized business.
highly organized, self starter with strong communication and valuable problem solving skills.




able to switch between tasks depending on priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
flexible and able to adapt to a changing work environment.
Skills and Experience Required
Excellent bookkeeping skills (minimum 3 years' experience with Xero, essential)
Solid understanding of payroll and compliance processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Industry (property development and medical) experience a major bonus
Cert IV Bookkeeping or equivalent highly regarded
