We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in our flagship store in Armadale on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

About the role:
The Assistant Store Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract will be responsible for the effective performance of their allocated stores.
With a focus on driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and upholding all values of the Lee Mathews brand vision and values.
The Assistant Store Manager ensures smooth day-to-day operations and provides valuable insights to support customer engagement and brand alignment.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of retail operations, strong communication skills,
and a commitment to upholding the Lee Mathews brand standards.
The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Armadale Store Manager and the National Retail Manager and steps in to provide support when the Armadale Store Manager is out of the business.
Requirements for the role:
Experience in high-end retail customer service
Exceptional customer service
Experience in growing and nurturing a customer database
Exceptional presentation
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
Understanding of the Lee Mathews brand & aesthetic
Understanding of the customer demographic
Highly motivated and driven in your role with a keen eye for detail
Possess exceptional organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
This role will include, but is not limited to:
Cultivating local relationships with customers, VIPs & other retailers
Assisting customers in store
Providing an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere in store
Communicating styling advice based on in-depth knowledge of product & brand aesthetic
Answering phone & email enquiries and all other communication channels
Striving to achieve sales targets and company KPIs
Supporting the manager in daily operational procedures and administrative tasks
Maintaining stock management
Ensuring the store aesthetics are always at their best
Assisting the manager in strategizing business ideas that assist the growth of your store and the business
