This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing, therapist-led organisation that specialises in home-based OT services for adults.
Whether you're a graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll be supported to deliver high-impact therapy in a calm, balanced way.
The Role
You'll support older adults who receive Home Care Packages (Now the Support at Home Program).
The caseload includes functional assessments, assistive technology recommendations, home modifications (including SDA/SIL), equipment trials, and falls prevention.
You'll meet clients at home, or at showrooms, with all travel kept within 30 minutes of your location.
Report writing is streamlined, with no involvement in NDIS—giving you more time for client care.

Location
The company services clients across Sydney, but caseloads are built locally around each clinician to keep travel manageable.
They are currently looking for anOccupational Therapist in Cronulla, Liverpool and Southern Highlands.
Caseload can be provided within reasonable proximity to home.
They have a strong pipeline available to select work that is local with no expectation to travel to all of these areas!
You would be provided with a caseload generally within25 minutes of your location, with limited travel throughout the day.
If you are based elsewhere in Sydney, you are still welcome to apply, as the team may be able to shape a caseload around your local area depending on demand.
