We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Lead/ Tech Leadto provide technical leadership and stewardship across enterprise digital platforms.
You will play a key role in shaping solution design, uplifting engineering practices, and ensuring platforms aresecure, scalable, and maintainablewithin a complex delivery environment.
TheTechnical Lead/Tech Leadwill secure aninitial 12 month+2x12 month extensions, based inCanberra with flexible working arrangements.
TheTechnical Lead/ Tech Lead will be responsible for but not limited to;
Provide end-to-end technical leadership across platform architecture and integrations
Guide solution design and ensure alignment with architecture standards and principles
Uplift engineering practices including code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps processes




Coach and mentor engineers to drive consistent, high-quality delivery
Identify and manage technical risks while supporting platform reliability and performance
TheTechnical Lead/ Tech Lead will have experience in the following:
Proven experience in technical leadership within Agile or SAFe environments
Strong background in .
NET development and Azure-based platforms
Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-led design
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
