Water Features Direct is seeking a reliable and hardworkingLabourerto join our team on acasual basis.
This is a hands-on position based inClifton Hill, Victoria, where you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to the successful delivery of our water feature projects and services.
As a casual labourer, you will have flexibility in your work schedule whilst gaining valuable experience in the trades and services sector.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of water features and related projects
Perform general labouring duties including site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup
Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks and ensuring work areas are kept clean and organised
Transport and position materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain health and safety standards on site and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to company policies and procedures
Contribute to maintaining a productive and safe working environment for all team members
What we're looking for
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items
Reliability and strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and consistency
Willingness to learn and develop skills in the trades and services industry
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team




Basic health and safety awareness and commitment to following site safety protocols
Flexibility to accommodate casual work arrangements and varying project schedules
A valid driver's licence is required for this position
Previous experience in labouring, construction, or related trades is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate
