This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting a busy office environment, and deliveringexceptional customer serviceto both internal and external stakeholders.
Applicants should have1-2 years experience as a minimum, in a similar role.
Applicants holding a Certificate III in Business (Business Administration) will be desirable.
They will be confident usingMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, have strong communication skills, and enjoy being the friendly first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with warmth and efficiency
Assist the sales team with calls and data entry
Supporting customer service processes to ensure a consistently positive experience
Updating spreadsheets, tracking data, and generating reports usingMicrosoft Excel
Preparing documents and internal communications inMicrosoft Word
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
Maintaining filing systems and ensuring records are organized and accurate
Coordinating office supplies, stationery orders, and general office upkeep
Understand and navigate the internal program andMicrosoft Outlook
Provenproblem-solving and critical thinking skills
