Unyte is looking for an experienced Servicing Coordinator to join our Maintenance team based in Brendale.
This is a key coordination role responsible for ensuring our plant, equipment and materials are serviced, maintained, compliant and ready to perform across our projects.
You'll be the central point of coordination between the workshop, suppliers, asset teams and site operations - managing servicing schedules, breakdowns, defects, documentation and maintenance requirements to minimise downtime and keep our projects moving.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and schedule plant and equipment servicing, repairs and inspections
Monitor pre-start information, OEM platforms and maintenance data to identify upcoming requirements
Manage breakdowns, defects and repair requests, ensuring issues are followed up promptly
Liaise with suppliers, workshop teams, site supervisors and project teams regarding equipment availability and repair timeframes
Maintain accurate asset maintenance records, service histories, defect registers and plant documentation
Process work orders and update internal maintenance and job tracking systems
Coordinate the removal of faulty equipment from service and ensure appropriate follow-up
Monitor warranty information, registrations, servicing requirements and compliance documentation
Communicate breakdown and servicing updates to operations teams so they can effectively plan around equipment availability
Ensure all maintenance activities are coordinated in accordance with HSEQ and company safety requirements
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced maintenance or construction environment.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience coordinating plant, fleet, equipment or asset maintenance
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Experience managing servicing, breakdowns, defects or repairs
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with workshops, suppliers and site teams
Strong attention to detail and accurate administration skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
The ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and work with a strong sense of urgency
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues
A strong commitment to safety and compliance
Experience within civil construction, infrastructure, plant hire, transport, fleet or heavy equipment environments will be highly regarded
