- Support platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives

5+ years' experience working withServiceNow, including experience in an Architect role
Strong knowledge ofServiceNowarchitecture, data model, and core platform capabilities
Experience designing solutions across ITSM and relatedServiceNowmodules
Experience integratingServiceNowwith enterprise systems and cloud platforms
Strong understanding of security, access controls, and role-based permissions withinServiceNow
ServiceNowcertifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
