We're working with a highly regarded and growing local real estate agency who are looking to welcome a Property Manager to their established team in Dromana.
This is not your typical high-volume Property Management role.
You'll manage a local portfolio of approximately 140 properties, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your landlords and tenants while maintaining a high level of service.

The Role:
Conducting routine inspections and managing outgoings
Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
Staying on top of compliance and portfolio requirements
Providing exceptional service to your clients
Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team
About You
You'll ideally have:
Previous residential Property Management experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
Current Victorian Estate Agent's Representative registration
