World Vision Australia's social enterprise café is seeking a capable Café All‐Rounder 2IC to assist the Café Area Manager.
You'll lead by example across coffee, food preparation, service, stock and daily opening/closing procedures, helping create a welcoming cafe experience that reflects World Vision's mission.
Based at Blackburn and Burwood cafés, you'll cover 7am–3pm, Monday to Friday, supporting a busy service with a hands‐on, team‐first approach and explicit communication to maintain quality
