Business Development Manager - Facial Aesthetics
The medical aesthetics industry continues to experience significant growth, creating an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Representative to join a successful and expanding organisation.
Whether you already have healthcare sales experience or bring a strong clinical background with commercial capability, this role offers the chance to establish yourself in one of the most dynamic sectors within healthcare.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of a Victorian territory, partnering with cosmetic clinics and healthcare professionals to grow an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities.
This is a relationship-focused role where you'll become a trusted business partner, supporting customers with product knowledge, education and ongoing account development.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing strong relationships with cosmetic clinics, injecting nurses and healthcare professionals
Growing sales through new business development and existing account management
Delivering product education and supporting customer training
Identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
Maintaining a high level of customer engagement through regular territory activity




Participating in industry events and educational meetings
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is commercially motivated and has a genuine interest in the aesthetics market.
You may have experience in:
Pharmaceutical sales
Medical device sales
Medical aesthetics
Professional skincare
Nursing with commercial sales experience
Another healthcare sales environment
You will also demonstrate:
Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
A proactive approach to business development
High levels of organisation and self-motivation
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
A genuine passion for aesthetics
