Kent Civil are family-owned civil construction company who have been successfully operating in the market for over 16 years.
We work predominately on local council projects within the Adelaide metropolitan area.
We are seeking an experienced civil construction supervisor to work with an experienced crew of 4 -6 people.

About the role –
Hands on role,



including machine operation and coordinating day to day civil construction activities.
Working closely with the project management team regarding service and production targets.
Will be responsible for your own crew of operators / construction workers to manage.
Supervising subcontractors (concrete, asphalt, linemarking etc)
Overseeing WHS and QA requirements on site.
Construction Induction certification and relevant high risk work tickets are required.
Standard working hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Skills & Experience –
Previous civil project delivery experience in carparks, paving prep, roads, footpaths, earthworks, storm water and creek works.
Experience in skidsteer, excavator, loader operations.
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ability to interpret and setout survey levels, including calculating grades.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
