We are looking for a Business Analyst in Sydney; this will be 6 months contract role.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in payment processing, financial transactions, scheme administration, grants, subsidies, rebates, licensing, regulatory services, or customer service programs.
Robust experience in end-to-end business process analysis, including current state assessment, future state design, and process optimization.
Experience eliciting and documenting complex business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong knowledge of:
Business Process Modelling




Process Re-engineering
Customer Journey Mapping
Business Rules Analysis
Data Analysis and Data Mapping
Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
