As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for reliable and detail-oriented Remote Tech Specialists to join our team part-time.
This role is specifically suited for individuals who are currently employed full-time and already working remotely or in a hybrid work arrangement from home at least 2–3 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing
Digital Media Conversion:Use our provided equipment to convert VHS tapes, cassettes, photos, film reels, and other analog media into digital formats.
Customer Support:Occasionally assist with local customer drop-offs and pickups.
Flexible Work:Manage your own schedule around your existing work commitments.




Work From Home:Operate from your home workspace using equipment supplied by us.
What We're Looking For
Currently employed full-time in a remote or hybrid role, working from home at least 2–3 days per week.
Minimum1–2 years of work experiencein any professional environment.
Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Have a sufficient desk or workspace at home to accommodate our equipment.
Must hold an ABN or be willing to obtain one.
