We are looking for anElectrical Supervisorto join a growing trade and construction business delivering commercial and residential projects across Melbourne, with some regional travel as required.
This is a hands-on role and a key part isleading a small electrical team, overseeing quality and compliance, supporting projects and helping grow the electrical division.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising the electrical team and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervise and coordinate Electricians and Apprentices.
Oversee electrical installations, service and repairs.
Coordinate electrical works across commercial and residential projects.
Conduct site inspections, testing and quality checks.
Ensure compliance withAS/NZS **** and Victorian electrical regulations.
Provide technical support and fault-finding.
Manage Certificates of Electrical Safety and compliance requirements.
Coordinate materials,
subcontractors and other trades.
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain a strong safety culture.
Assist with quoting, reporting and project coordination.
The role may also provide the prospect to act as theTechnical Nomineefor the business's Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) registration with Energy Safe Victoria.
About You
A Grade Electrical Licence – essential
Electrical trade qualification
Current driver's licence
Good knowledge of Victorian electrical regulations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
