We are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our busy concrete production team on the Sunshine Coast.
This is not just a standard operating role-we are looking for someone keen to step up, learn our digital production systems, and train to become a Concrete Batcher.Because you will be supporting multiple local depots, being centrally located near our Maroochydore and Kunda Park sites is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate a Front End Loader to manage stockpiles and feed production bins.Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard setting.Learn the ropes: Get hands-on with our batching software to blend concrete mixes accurately and manage dispatch schedules.What We Are Looking ForTicket & Experience: Current LL (Front End Loader)Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using computers and software (or a fast learner who isn't afraid of technology).
